Clip Sources ?

All Clips are loaded directly from Twitch.tv and not hosted on our servers. Twitch has several embed options on clip pages and those are used for this process.

Deleted Clips ?

Our system loads clips from Twitch.tv, so if you want delete a clip you will need to do it from Twitch.tv dashboard. You need to be the channel owner or the clip creator to have access. As we do not host any clips, We cannot help with any clip removal requests...

How to delete clips ?

If you would like to remove clips from our website please follow the steps outlined below.
1)Login to your Twitch.tv dashboard for clips by visiting: https://dashboard.twitch.tv/u/YOURUSERNAME/content/clips
2)Delete the clips you do not want to appear from the list
3)After deleting the clips visit twitchstats clip page: https://twitchstats.net/clips/streamer/YOURUSERNAME
(use your display name, if you are the clip creator replace /streamer/ with /user/ on the link)
4)Click and visit every individual clip page one by one, the system will detect if the clip was removed and if it did remove the clip page entirely.
5)Refresh the page (F5) to check if the clip was removed. If it was you will receive a warning saying "clip not found"

You cannot claim copyrighted material for anything on this website as everything on this website is a public knowledge freely available on Internet. We do not keep or share any personal information on our website.

Cheer Earnings ?

Cheer earnings only includes the tracked streamers from our Real Sub Count list. This list tracks the cheer earning for these streamers. Monthly Data is available to everyone but the more detailed data such as daily earnings and cheerer list only limited to our members.

How does comment system works ?

Comment system uses Twitch API and Authenticate. If you would like to comment on a streamer you will need to have a Twitch account and use that account to authenticate. The system does not keep any information about your account except your twitch name and email. After you have authenticate you can safely post your comment.

Subscriber count and related stats ?

Most of the sub related information and listings come from the tracked streamers on Real Sub Count. Any ranking, listing or stats under the sub category uses these streamers. This includes Longest subscriber, Sub loyalty, Channels with longest subs, Channel partner date, Subs with most channels subbed, Most subs gifted and Channels with most gifted subs.

Real Sub Count ?

Real Sub Count is a very accurate twitch channels subscriber count. This list tracks only few select streamers. These streamers are usually the most popular or trending twitch streamers or they are tracked because a VIP Member has requested.
This list tracks all shared subs with their tier and messages if exist. It also calculates none-shared subs with our algorithm. The margin of error for our Real Sub Count list is usually within the 5%. However, for more unstable channels it might go as high as 10%. The margin of error should never be higher than 10%.

Tracked Streamers ?

There are 2 type of tracking on our site. The first one is the normal tracking where most of the Streamers are tracked. The second is however a very limited and only includes about 150 streamers. These are the Real Sub Count tracked streamers and all rankings, listings covering subscribers uses this list only. The list of the streamers can be found at HERE

What are growth charts ?

Growth charts are detailed statistics for the streamers. They can be used to see detailed information about a Streamer's follower, viewer, time streamed and view count. All of the date can be seen on a daily, weekly or monthly basis with an option to select a custom time frame. These charts show the growth of a streamer in many ways.

Update Frequency ?

We collect data from Twitch every 10 mins. Most of our pages have caching mechanism and updated regularly. Usually the update frequency for the pages is 30 minutes. However, some pages have higher update frequency. For example Real Sub Count is updated hourly and some pages are updated instantly.

My details are wrong ?

This usually happens for low viewer channels/streamers. If your viewer count is low, We might not record your info accurately due to how our tracking works. If you had less than 5 viewers at the time, We do not record your information. This causes inaccurate information. Unfortunately, This is a limitation We currently have.

What are the limitation ?

We try to get all the streamers and games on our website. However, there is a limitation. We currently collect data for top 1000 games and any streamer who has more than 5 viewers every 10 mins.

How does it work ?

Twitchstats has been live since August 2015 so all data on the website is from that date to today. Unfortunately, We do not have any data before that date.
